Who is responsible
This website is operated by Tomasz Sielski trading as GRYF-soft (gryfsoft.eu). For any privacy-related questions you can reach me at contact@gryfsoft.eu.
What data is collected and why
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — but only if you explicitly accept cookies. When you accept, GA4 collects:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Your approximate country (derived from IP, not stored in full)
- Browser type, operating system, and device category
- Whether you arrived via a search engine, social link, or direct URL
This data is used solely to understand how many people visit the site and which content is useful. No advertising, no profiling, no selling of data.
If you decline cookies, no analytics data is collected at all.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies are set only after you give explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time — see below.
Third parties
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Google may transfer data to servers outside the EU/EEA; this transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. For details see Google's Privacy Policy.
No other third-party services receive your data.
Data retention
Google Analytics retains user and event data for 14 months by default. Your consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to any server.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact me at contact@gryfsoft.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time by clicking the button below. Your choice will be saved and GA4 will stop loading on future visits.
